Hello everyone, Hope you are well. I am traveling next month, and while there I'm thinking of renting the Pentax 645z just to try it out. I wanted to buy one but now I'm thinking I should just try it out and see how I feel about it. The local store only has the following in stock for rent: Pentax 645z Pentax SMC FA 645 80-160mm f/4.5 Pentax D FA 645 55mm f/2.8 AL Pentax SMC FA 645 45-85mm f/4.5 Pentax SMC FA 645 35mm f/3.5 AL IF I am thinking of renting the body and the 55mm and the 80-160mm...
Hi All first time poster, forever lurker.... Yes, it's a help me decide question, but not a newbie "point and shoot or Hasselblad" educate me on everything.... I find myself near retirement, wanting to get back into shooting after about a 10 year hiatus due to work (too much, too tired to play). I have always been impressed with the IQ of the Sigma cameras, I like to print , proficient but not expert in Photoshop. I find myself a bit scared of the "frustration factor" I read about using...

But that's more on the budget. If you can advise me onwhat to expect from either the sd quattro with 30mm...

When you review the pictures the resolution is correct. Before the upgrade, viewfinder resolution was good for me, so I would like to go back to a previous firmware version but I...
The dust protector on my sd Quattro got dirty and I had to clean it. That was not a nice experience and I think I need a spare dust protector. I see the item is available on the sigmaphoto.com website but there is no photo of the item and wondering if this includes the plastic housing as well. Also, has anyone been able to order this through Adorama? The reason I ask this is because I live in New Zealand, and I suspect the New Zealand/Australia Sigma agent is unlikely to prioritise such an...
