Hello everyone, I was wondering if any of you have experience with using the Sigma 30mm f/1.4 for video purposes on a motorized gimbal (i.e. Zhiyun Crane 2) I am also wondering if the OSS of the Sony 35mm f/1.8 OSS makes a huge difference for stabilization vs. the Sigma that does not have it. Can any shakiness from either lens be easily fixed in post? I am debating whether or not to buy the Sony vs the Sigma for Sony a6300 based on: Sony focuses faster and more accurately (Can someone...

Hello guys. I want to buy a6300 and ZC v2, also I want to buy mc-11 with 18-35 art, but ZC v2 cant handle it because of huge overweight in the front. Does it worth to refuse 18-35 and buy, for example, Sony 16mm f2.8 plus Sigma 30mm Contemporary? Its important for me good and fast autofocus, quite wide angle for stabilizer. Can you please help me with it.

Hey everybody, as my adventure with my Sony a6300 and the kit lens continues; I have come to the decision that I am a sucker for sharp Images. Even on Instagram I see some images so sharp that I feel bad about my shots. Here is a sample gallery I created, showing some sharp Images I took and some unsatisfactory ones: Flickr Album Here are some accounts that I like in terms of sharpness: Ruth Tam | I believe she is only using an iphone 7 Ted Gushue of Petrolicious / uses Leica Gear Dennis...
Hi, I purchased Sigma 30mm f1.4 DC DN C for my A6000 a few weeks ago and realized something is up when I take multiple shots. It appears that when I shoot continously, it has 2 to 3 slightly different exposures on each shot. Even though nothing moves - not the camera, subject, lighting, everything is same, except the exposures. I tried with different mode, different aperture settings, different shutter speed, ISO, AWB, drive mode, focus mode, even metering, still the same results - few...
I'm an intermediate photographer shooting on a Nikon D5300 and the 18-140mm kit lens. I like shooting portraiture, astro, and architectural. I like my Nikon, but the size kills me. I want something smaller, with similar specs, and a similar focal range without having to lug around more than a few lenses. The a6000 body matches my criteria very well. However, I'm worried the 16-50mm kit lens isn't going to measure up; I can't help but be reminded of cheap point-and-shoots by the powerzoom...

Dear All, I own a Sony a6000 and want to change my kit lens and I have a big dilemma, what to choose between the following lenses: Samyang 21mm f1.4 Sigma 30mm f1.4 Sony FE 28mm f2 + when more money will be available i might also opt for he 21mm converter. Sony 24 f1.8 is quite nice but at least twice as expensive as the others so a bit over my budget. I have the Sony 50mm 1.8 which I find just great but it's quite restrictive for everyday photos so I am looking for a prime with much wider...
Hi, my kit lens broke on my last trip. I am considering sigma lens as they are the real deal but I cant decide which to get. my choices are Sigma 19mm F2.8, 30mm F2.8 and 30mm F1.4. I take tons of photos and videos while traveling so my focus is more on food, landscape and portrait. I need some advise. thanks :D
