As far as fisheye lenses go, the Sigma 10mm F2.8 EX DC HSM Diagonal Fisheye seems like a very respectable offering, though a bit long int he tooth, given its going on 7 years since it was released.  Fisheye lenses demand somewhat different expectations for aberration, distortion, and all the things you don't want or normally see in an ordinary lens.  So overall I think the Sigma does very well in most of the ways that matter. The Sigma 10mm fish-eye for my Nikon D3200 mount is sharp, with good color rendition across the frame. The built-in hood is probably useful, but as one cannot remove it to check it's a bit hard to tell. This lens takes filters from behind, not in front, but contrary to some comments one can indeed use a filter in this way.
