Saygus V2 Overview
According to its makers the V2 is meant to be the ultimate multimedia smartphone and its specification certainly makes it look that way. In the camera department, the V2 features a 21MP rear camera and a 13MP front unit that are both optically stabilized. For better camera control the device features a hardware shutter button. There is no 4K video recording.
If you take a lot of pictures and video the Saygus V2 could be the phone of your dreams. Not only does it come with 64GB of built-in storage but also has dual microSD-slots each of which can accept cards of up to 128GB capacity. Audio specification is impressive as well. Stereo Speakers with Harman Kardon 3D Audio technology are accompanied by three microphones that use noise-canceling cypher sound technology.
The 3100mAh battery is removable and comes with a power saving chip that improves its life by 50%. Wireless Qi charging is built in. The V2 is powered by a 2.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core processor and 3GB of RAM. It comes with a stock version of Google's Android operating system installed but Saygus says it is compatible with other operating systems, for example Firefox or Cyanogenmod as well, and support multi-boot from the microSD memory card. Images can be viewed and composed on a 5-inch 1080p and screen lighting is controlled via front and back light sensors. For added security there is a biometric fingerprint sensor built into the right edge and all the high-end components are wrapped up in a IPX7 rated waterproof body that uses kevlar and magnesium for strength and low weight.
