I have the GR II with the GH-3 adapter and GW-3 28mm lens. I'm wondering if it isn't possible to somehow connect a fisheye lens to the GR (perhaps using the GH-3 adapter). Anyone know if this is possible? I searched but couldn't find any useful information. Image quality doesn't have to be perfect. I was looking at getting a compact M4/3 camera just for the fisheye (and possible telezoom) lens possibilities, but I would honestly prefer to use the GR II only if possible.

Hi,  Just want to ask if you've encountered a problem downloading your .dng images from the GR II.   I've been using the GRII since September last year, and I haven't had any problems. But just today, I was trying to download some images and I only succeeded in downloading a fraction of it.  Maybe around 10 of 50 I think.   I could see the images when previewed in the camera, but when I plug the camera to the PC, only a handful of the images can be seen through win explorer, and though...

If you had your choice for a secondary or third camera that would be a carry-around, would you opt for? 100T X70 XT20 The reason I ask is that I own XT2/XP2 and while I love my XP2, I am looking to have a smaller camera that I can have on me at all times. Sorry but phone cameras don't do it for me. I'm thinking with the XT20 to keep it as small and light as possible is to just put the pancake on it. The other option would be to move away from fuji for this form factor and go with the Ricoh...

Hello, Luck struck and i got a used open box GRII from B and H. Other than an extended SquareTrade warranty and battery, any recommendations for accessories? I'm considering that GH-3 hood but kinda defeats the compact size benefit. Right now the camera fits perfect in my Tom Bihn SideKick with my journal. Strap or case recommendations? I'm new to photography, learning to extend beyond spray and pray, and oh-that's an exposure triangle. I needed a travel, buy-it-for-life camera that was...

Newbie question...on my GR II, when I'm viewing a scene on the LCD (in TAv mode), the live histogram shows one thing, but it's not the histogram that represents the actual exposure of the picture I capture. It seems as if the life histogram shows what's output by the LCD display but not the actual exposure settings. This is probably some very basic thing, but I'm struggling to understand how to use it. Thanks for any help or pointers to other info...

hi i am new owner of this camera and have done a deep dive into the manual, menus taken lots of photos etc. I would be very grateful for help from anyone who has encountered this .. The big issue thats really putting me off and for which i cannot find a solution is that not only does the plus minus toggle provide exposure compensation but so does the up down (and rear dial) button once the toggle has been used. I want the up down button to change aperture size not exposure compensation which...

hi everyone, i bought the original x100 year years ago upon its release but felt that the autofocus was pretty horrible. i enjoyed the image quality very much but the autofocus was terrible, and i found trying to manual focus with it just as bad.  i said i would never buy a fuji again but with my Df on its way out after years of hard work i thought i might give fuji another go as my everyday carry camera (bit of street, family, dogs, general use)  so my real question is how much better is the...

Hello, what is the lowest temperature one can safely use GR II? The Operating Manual only states that the "Operating temperature" of battery is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. What is the lowest temperature you have used it in?

Hi! I've been using Pentax cameras for the last years, but wanted to switch my DSLR for a smaller camera. So I got myself a Ricoh GR II and I'm really happy with the photo quality. There's just one thing that is bugging me, and this is why I need some advice:  My GR is set to Spot-AF. When I half-press the shutter the camera does focus on the center and the image is sharp. But when I proceed and fully press the shutter the camera sometimes does focus again and the taken image is not sharp...

Hi There Group of GR users of which I'm not a part of, yet... I'm am seriously considering the GRII as my everyday, pocketable camera.  It ticks off all the boxes on my list of needs.  I just have a couple of q's for you. How does the GRII hold up to: 1. Shutter shock? (My E-PL5 rears its ugly head in this area, and it's really annoying) 2. No Stabilization, how on earth can a photo be taken with no stabilization (just kidding, none of the cameras I owned before 2009 had any...
