Hello, I am in a need of a new camera and GRD IV looks really interesting. I previously owned Lumix FS62 and I am looking for more powerful but still pretty small camera. I like the image quality (from what I have seen) and design. The problem is that GRD IV seems to be out of stock practically everywhere. It was, however, available on Amazon about week ago (I watched last pieces to go) so there's the question: Is there a chance for Amazon to get it soon (<week)? From this forum I understand...
Hi fellows, my < 1 year-old GR IV all of a sudden has a display which is way too dark, I barely can make out the image in both shooting and reviewing mode, so it is not totally black. All other functions of the camera are okay. Has anyone of you ever experienced this? Has any of you sent the camera to Ricoh Repair and what was the cause of the darkened display? Had it been repaired under warranty? Thanks for your input, Marcel
Anybody find a better deal for the GRD IV? I just picked up a new one in the box for $299 here: http://kailuacamera.myshopify.com/products/pentax-ricoh-gr-4-digital-camera I know the GR V is significantly better, but I couldn't resist the low price...not too many new stock left on these...still a great camera!

Hello fellow Ricohers,I know as a GRD user I'm supposed to favour fixed ISO and manual flash output but when you spend $600+ on a camera you want it to work as expected. I actually prefer auto ISO in most situations and flash output is just too slow to adjust when out and about, as I mostly use the flash in candid nightlife shots.You might say, stop theorize, stresstesting your camera, and start photographing.
