Having heard many positive comments about the autofocus performance of the 55-300 PLM lens, what are you hoping the next lenses will be to receive a PLM upgrade? I'd like to see a PLM version of the FA 150-450mm f4.5-5.6ED DC AW where I'm thinking that the improved AF would be a big plus for wildlife photography. I'd also like to see a PLM version of the FA 70-200 for the same reason, although that would mainly benefit K-1 owners at this point. A lower priority for me, but still on my wish...

Hi  I am going to add two more lenses to my current setup. The one is the 105mm f2.8 micro lens. The other is the 35mm f1.8 but now I am unsure if I should rather go for the 24-70 f2.8 instead? I am also done with third party lenses so only Nikon advice please. My current setup D750 14-24 f2.8 50 f1.4 70-200 f2.8 Me and my wife shoot weddings together, I will also be adding another D750 to the kit. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, A new bee here. Just wondering can someone enlighten me with this flaring issues. I'm hoping there is no problem with the lens. Its taken from a canon 70-200 f2.8 IS II, aperture 2.8, 30" shutter, 160 ISO on 5DIII with tripod. Thanks, Zhoom

i'm looking for a kit to take with me while traveling. My current kit consists of 2 D800 bodies, a Nikon 24-70 f2.8 and the 70-200 f2.8 VRII.  I also have a LUMIX FZ1000. I've decided on the Fuji xt2, but I'm stumped for lenses. I can take the easy way out and start off with the 18-55 f2.8-4, but I'm not sure if that's the best combo.  As you can see from my equipment list I'm partial to fast zooms, but I wanted this new kit to be lighter for travel. I was thinking of getting a set of 3 fixed...

Greets to all. I hope this is the correct place to post a rather lengthy question... I am wondering what the consensus is (outside of Amazon reviews) concerning Neewer products, and even maybe other product lines in similar cost ranges. Neewer's famous marketing campaign proudly exclaims "Pro Quality, Amateur Prices". What do you think? I know build quality and longevity compared to the big names is a major factor, I get that. I've always believed in "you get what you pay for". But the other...

Hey guys, I recently went and bought the a6300 without the kit lens and also got the 35f18 from Sony. I do love the camera and the lens a lot! So yes, now I'm looking into my options for a 70-200 lens for my body and I'm a bit confused with all the adaptors and how they perform on the a6300. I'm looking for a fast 70-200 that will help me capture surfing, downhill longboarding and indoor sports and support the nice AF features of my body. I don't want to go with the SonyF4 because I find it...

Hi I currently have the Tamron 70-300 SP Di VC and going to buy Tamron 70-200 F2.8 SP Di VC USD for portraits. My question is, should I keep or trade in the 70-300 for the extended reach for nature photography, or is the 70-200 with the Kenko Teleplus PRO 300 1.4x better than the 70-300? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------ChrisSample of my photos http://www.dpreview.com/galleries/6936717392

Has anyone used the Canon EF 80-200 F2.8 L Magic Drainpipe (predecessor of the 70-200 F2.8 L) with any of the various autofocus adapters on the A7II or A7RII? The price is attractive for an F2.8 zoom, and since I've had such great experience with the Fotga adapter and the Canon 70-200 F4 L (non stabilized) I'm interested in the addition. If anyone has used it with the Fotga / Fotodiox / commlite / Metabones / Sigma, I would be very interested in the performance.   Thanks! --JordanSt. Louis,...

Hi, I'm looking for a not too expensive 70-200 for my new Sony A7II and I'm not sure which one to take, as I didn`t find this much I wanted to know your opinion and check if I'm right with my Infos. I mostly do landscape, Portraits and a bit of action... Sony SEL70200G - all features of the A7II can be used, but lacks a bit of light with f4 and it seems when I read in the forum that there are great differences in productionqualities (People talking about good and bad copies) Tamron 70-200...
