A question, quite likely a stupid one: I've just upgraded Capture 1 to v10, and downloaded the latest (I think) version of Scottie Wang's fabulous ICC profiles to use with it. Put them into the Color Profiles\DSLR folder. But when I open C1, they don't show up in the ICC Profile menu, as they did when I was using v8. Is there anything else I need to do, or am I doing something wrong? Thank you in advance!
I've been going back and forth using the a6300 taking RAW and Extra Fine JPEG's (EFJ). It seems like taking EFJ pictures have a lot of latitude when PP'ing, BUT the colors come out very different than what I actually see when the picture was taken. When I take the same picture in RAW, the colors are MUCH more true to color. Also, the pictures are slightly more sharp, but are much less vibrant and colorful. Dear all I'm finding Capture One v9 (and v10 which I have on trial) very slow to display images at full resolution - takes about 5 seconds and is generally sluggish. I currently work full time for a professional editorial photographer and am in charge of all our digital work, including making prints. I've been trained and am familiar with working within a color...

I am replacing most Adobe products from my Mac Pro running v10.8.4. I downloaded and installed Phase One’s Capture One Pro 7 trial because I am very interested in the focus-peaking filter. I can not see any focus peaking in any photos. I have tried it on photos with faces and landscapes ETC. I have activated it by choosing View>Show Focus Mask and then tried just clicking on the Focus Mask icon in the toolbar. Any ideas or help would be very much appreciated! Any tips of favorite features...
