I have a NEX-5 and I'm now thinking about upgrading to a A6300, but I am still not sure. I considered a Canon 80D first, but honestly I will mostly bring my camera with me on travels and for that I need it to be on the smaller side, otherwise I'll just end up leaving it in my suitcase. I also want to shoot video, is this camera good enough or should I consider the Lumix GH4 instead? So for travel photography + video, would the A6300 be a good choice? And lenses- these are the ones I have...
Something I am unclear on - if using one battery, 4k video footage is limited to a 10 minute clip, and then the battery is flat? - or you can record another 10 minute clip, etc, until the battery is flat? or as well - if using the power-grip, 30 minute clips then the 3 batteries are flat? - or you can record another 30 minutes, etc, until the batteries are flat? (Only asking as with my GH4 I can record hours of 4K with one battery, but the still-photo high ISO quality of the Fuji would be...

Hi, I currently have a GH4 which is amazing for video but not so much for still photography and definitely not action photography. I am looking at either another MFT (Olympus, etc.) or to move up a step to the Nikon DX (D500, etc.). I would like some suggestions as I no longer require the video capabilities and would like to focus on photography. The GH4 is very poor in low light and doesn't have body stabilisation. After all, it's really a video camera which has served my pruposes well until...
Hi! Newbie here. Have not had a DSLR before. I am getting serious about making educational video for my students and general public. I set my talent in front of the whiteboard where I write. Right now I am shooting with Samsung Note 4 in 4K. I need 4K in order to crop in on something I write on the whiteboard and still get decent resolution. My studio room is 3x2.5m. I have 2 settings: most of the time 2m wide scene, sometimes 3m wide. The camera is tripod fixed at a distance from the scene...

Good morning everyone, This is my first post and I am hoping to get some ample feedback as I am new to the scene. I am shooting interior Real Estate photos for Realtors locally and would like to ensure I put out a fantastic product, so I would like to know what Flash would best suit my needs for what I am looking to do. I have a Lumix GH4, and shoot primarily(REstate)with my G Vario 7-14mm f/4.0 ASPH. Lens. If you would like, feel free to give a more affordable option as well as what you...

Hi, I`ve got a strange problem, the aperture in A-mode is stuck on 5.6 on the EM mark II using the PanaLeica 12mm 1.4. The focus ring on the PanaLeica is in the A-position and I still can`t change aperture using the control wheel. I also got a GH4 and changing aperture works perfectly in A-mode there. I`ve run trhough the Olumpus menus over and over again, but can`t find anything there helping the problem. So what do I do to change aperture with that excellent lens on EM 1 mark...
