Hi everyone, I bought a G85 a few months ago and am enjoying it. I've discovered that one feature I really love is time lapse. This creates a problem in that my G85 now spends a lot of time on a tripod, leading me to think that a second body would be a good idea. I strongly prefer a Panasonic body for my second, mainly to have a consistent interface and because I really like Pana's time lapse implementation. I'm torn between: - Used G6, G7, GH3 or GH4 w/ battery grip as a dedicated time-lapse...
I have put this Q on the development forum, but am copying here as I use a Panasonic GH3 and GX80 shooting Raw: Just downloaded a free trial of the updated ON1 Raw image developer and whilst the program works and I can organise files etc it sometimes freezes when I try to do anything in the development section. I have deleted the download and re-loaded, made sure that my computer has the required spec, and updated my video driver on the AMD site. Still freezing. Anyone else having similar...

Growing up, I used my dad's old Minolta but when he sold it for a Lumix FZ20, we both got hooked on the Panasonic line. From the FZ20, I went to the FZ35, then FZ200 then finally made the switch from bridge to ILC - but I miss that 300mm (600mm) focal length on the superzooms. Having used the GH3 for a few years now, I do not want to purchase a second camera just for focal length, let alone those small sensors. If it were for personal use, it would not matter to me, but I require a...

I'm buying a new Panasonic G9 with 14-60 lens and would need an external flash to take indoor photos. Some photos will be taken inside a standard Canadian house with 8-9 ft ceiling. These photos I usually take with a flash pointing up, then reflecting from the ceiling. The scene would be a birthday, kids, family etc. Another type of photos I'm taking inside a commercial/industrial room with a very high ceiling. A reflection from the ceiling wouldn't work there. A scene would be a workshop...
Travel lust is upon me ... again. Going to Singapore and all points East ! in the next few months. I have a massive selection of u4/3rds gear (which I like and have used extensively) but I think that this time I would prefer to travel all 'Nikon'. Just can't beat that Nikon Full Frame look. Any hoo. To get in those skyscrapers, I want a cheap, sharp, wide angle full frame zoom .... that will probably be bought second hand. Brand does not matter. What do you recommend ?. If nothing...
I took a series of pics of the super moon in Raw/Jpeg. When i connect the G9 to my Mac computer, it displays all my pics, but when I select pics to download, they won't download to the native Photos app. I never had this problem with my GH3. I took test pics on another SDHC card to see if the card was the problem, but the same thing happened. Pics show up in preview on the computer, but won't download. Help please.
