Oppo N1 Mini

I own it | I want it | I had it |
The Mini is a smaller version of last year's high-end device N1 but, as it is often the case with "Mini" versions, does not only come with smaller dimensions but also slightly downgraded interior components.
It does however offer the same unique photography feature as its larger sibling: a rotating camera. The entire camera module including the flash unit can be rotated to face either the front or back of the device. This is not only ideal for capturing high-resolution selfies but also eliminates the need for a tripod for slow exposures, as long as you have a flat surface to place the phone on.
The N1 Mini's rotating camera offers the same 13MP and fast F2 aperture as the full-size N1 but has to make do without the larger model's dual-LED flash. Other specifications, such as the Snapdragon 400 SoC or the 5-inch 720p IPS screen place the N1 One Mini in the mid-range bracket of the market.
