Our cameras all have more features than we'll probably ever make use of. What features have you never used (because you never got a chance to)? What features will you never use (by choice)? I'll start: Two features that I've never used, but want to, are Live Composite and Live Bulb. I admit I'm a bit intimidated by them, and also I've never got a chance to try them since I've never shot startrails, light painting, composite shots of lightning/fireworks etc. On my E-M1ii I'd use AF limiter...

Hey all, I'm trying to connect a remote shutter release to my E-PL6 and have it all fit inside the PT-EP10 underwater housing. The standard USB to 2.5mm cable that came with the remote trigger doesn't fit within the small space in the interior of the UW housing, so I was looking for an angled connector. I thought that the type is mini USB 'b', and purchased an angled mini USB 'b' adapter, but it can't be inserted into the E-PL6. Does anyone know what kind of USB is used for older cameras like...

Hello, I have this thought In my head, I found a kit for 120 euros and I'm not sure whetever I should buy it or not. I use Olympus E-1 but it's too hard for me to chose the correct settings first shot, also I like low light photography but it's impossible with this camera. Would E-pl6 be better at it? I'm thinking of buying an adapter and using my Olympus E-1 lens on it, but I'm not sure. I had Sony a3000 before and really loved it and used it for almost anything with manual auto chinon prime...

Hello guys, I'm coming back to you again with all sorts of weird questions. I currently have Olympus E-1 with M digital 14-54 mm f2.8-3.5 I would like to upgrade it by purchasing Olympus E-pl6 or Olympus e-pl5 but I have no clue what kind of adapter I should get? As far as I understand Olympus E-1 has 4/3 mount so for the PEN I need M4/3? I always get lost in these numbers, don't want to buy something that wont fit, and I hope someone can help me, thank you

I recently made an impulse purchase of a used Olympus MAL-1 macro arm light. I had been coveting one since my E-PL3 days and had somehow forgotten about it. When it arrived, I realized that it's one of those accessories that requires an accessory port on the camera body. Other such accessories include the VF-2, VF-4, and flashes like the FL-LM1/2. Is there a way to use this with my E-M1ii? Using a hot shoe adapter, for instance. Or a separate power source? Currently, my only compatible in-use...

I've had my E-PL6 for a number of years now and I don't shoot full Manual that much, but I do have a couple of adapted OM lenses that I like to play with. Typically when I switch to M mode I can't adjust the shutter speed... it just doesn't respond. Aperture and everything else works fine.  If I then switch the mode dial to something other than M and then back to M I can adjust shutter speed just fine... but usually only one time.  After that it won't change until I switch the modes...

Hi  I managed to get into the shutter count menu by going settings>spanner>lcd settings and then pressing info and ok however I now need to look at that menu again and following the same process again doesn't work. Can you only access this menu once? Paul

I'm after the lens, but would not mind this red camera as bonus. For $160. Two questions, will I lose some corrections I get with a Panasonic camera? And does it take hours to understand Olympus menus? Am used to Panasonic, which always has been easy.
