One of the crown jewels of the SHG line and part of what some users refer to as the holy trinity (7-14, 14-35, 35-100). If you are a serious hobbyist or pro this is a must have lens, it's my go to lens for concerts, weddings and portraits. The lens is scary sharp with wonderful bokeh, I wouldn't think of shooting a wedding without one. I owned a couple of Telezoom lenses over the past years. Minolta/Sony and Olympus. Sony 70-200G Sony 70-300G Sony 70-400G Minolta 100-300 APO Sigma 70-200 EX HSM Olympus 70-300 Olympus 50-200 SWD Olympus 40-150 Now this one here is really the best lens ever. To be fair, comparing with the 70-200 I had. Tack sharp over the whole frame and even wide open. Fast and accurate focusing.
