Just purchased in St. thomas VI, so duty free, got a very good price ($580 US). I had researched many camera's before settling on the 5060. I own an Oly C-3020, which has worked flawlessly, and takes quite a good photo for a 3.2 mp camera (in my opinion). My daughter uses the 3020 in University for her Architecture studies). Had this camera for a week now and just loved it from the moment I helt it ...So egronomically produced also feeling like they made this just for me! The wide angle lens was the point breaker in obtaining this and there are only 2 out there with wide angle which is Nikon 5400 and this . Since this is later released I did hope and did get more advanced electronics which is what digital photography is all about plus has to fit loke gloves in your hands and the Nikon just didnt fit quite well as ...

I have been involved in photography for many years with film cameras. This is my first digital camera, so my evaluation must be viewed in that light, especially in the value for money department since I am lacking comparative digital experience. Have had the camera for a few days now after upgrading for the (Wonderfully amazing C-4000) and the (slightly dissapointing) C-750.
