Recently got a d500 camera. With box and original accessories. Looks like a display unit. Only missing is the viewfinder eyepiece cup.  Anything else for me to look into? Is this still under Nikon warranty? I appreciate your comments Thanks,

I currently have a D810, it's the second I've owned since selling my previous one some years ago so I'm relatively familiar with it. I've been considering the D5 too now that they've come down in price a bit. I'm having trouble finding out some stuff about the D5 image quality and how much of a tradeoff it is when you consider things like better focus etc. I always liked my D810 in general, I used it mostly for wildlife, birds, deer etc, but I really hate noise and the files get pretty noisy...

So... I've been looking for a camera to add to my collection with good ISO performance and a high rate of burst and stumbled crossed the legendary D3s. I quickly found out that it has a 12MP sensor which lets more light in. To cut this short I can afford this camera, but I have to questions: 1) Does it work with the SB-700, 2) Is the AF tracking good compared to the D5?

Hi, hope you're well. Recently took a portrait of each child at a local club, with some of the kid's uniform the solid colours had an inteference appearance as shown in the image below. Any idea what causes this and how I could resolve it? Image was takend ISO 100, 1/250, f9 on Nikon D5 using Elinchrom studio flash. Thanks in advance

I’m presently using Nikon P900 for birdwatching. For an upgradation I have a budget of 2500$ . I was thinking of Nikon D7500 with 200-500 as D500 is no more available. But read many threads against DSLR. In that case, I have an option of Sony a6400 with sony 200-600. Which one I should opt for bird watching , specifically bif photos?

Following-on from my earlier thread, I have a D7200 and a wide range of Nikon, Sigma and Samyang DX lenses.  The D7200 is a bit long in the tooth, so it seemed that a D500 might be a good upgrade. But I found it's discontinued and quite hard to get new now. Some have suggested looking at the Z-series. But the information, in the context of my decision process, is quite confusing. So what would be the 'best' Z-series body to use with my DX lens collection? Primarily I take images not videos....
