Hello! Christmas Eve gave me a Loupedeck+, which was very nice. But after working with it and the Software V.2.5 I encountered two things I wanted to check on others with. The first problem I encountered is, that the default function C5 Zoom In/Out Toggle is not working as it should. It gives me the before / after comparison instead of zooming, the same as the dedicated before / after button. I expected the action to work like the spacebar , after pressing the picture zooms in and after...

Hello I'll be flying to Tokyo Narita Airport via Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (only transit) and I would like to take my Profoto D1 250 Air in the carry-on luggage. Has anyone done this before without any problems? It doesn't have the Lithium-Ion batteries like the B1 so I guess it should be fine, right? I still thought I'd ask if anyone had a bad experience doing this. Thanks in advance for any help!Best Regards

Used to have one on my nikon d5300. Liked it a lot.  Wonder if it fits ok on the 100d? Also wondering if it performs well.  Cheers. I have the 24mm f2.8 stm and might pick up a 50mm f1.8 ii buthe then thought might as well get the sigma and get both of those focal lengths plus the wider end.  I don't mindo the size and enjoyed it on my nikon d5300

Hi, I bought a Nixell MB D15 battery pack for my D7200. The camera does not display the battery level for MB D15 and also it shows low level if no battery is inserted in the camera. The shutter release and AF On works fine, but the command dials and multi selector does not. Can you give a solution for this fast so I can return this if necessary on amazon. Thanks in advance

Being retired and a bit bored I decided to make a start tracker. I used a Nema 17 stepper motor and controlled it via a Wemos D1 Mini and A4988 driver chip to drive a homemade gearbox consisting or three worm gears. It is super accurate in terms of its rotation rate. My problem is locating the celestial pole to point it at. If I was in the norther hemisphere it would be easy - point at Polaris and you will be pretty close. Alas the closest thing to a pole star in the southern hemisphere is...

Hello all, This is my first post here and have found this forum very helpful. I am currently in school for my bachelors in photography. Most of my experience comes from landscape and wildlife photography and just getting into portraiture. All of the information I have found on this site has gotten me excited but a little overwhelmed. I have a lighting class coming up and it is time for me to buy my first strobe kit. The school has a kit to buy if you are on a budget but they said you are free...

Hi All,I have been with Bowens equipment for the better part of a lifetime... I was servicing Bowens lights back in 1982, and have owned various kits since 1985. With the decline of the brand I have decided to move across to Profoto. I have just purchased a B1 with the Profit Air Remote for Nikon... now I am looking at what studio monoblocs to buy. They will mostly be used for portraiture, headshots and some commercial work, but no action photography. Anyway... my hope is some people on here...

I have recently purchased a demo D1 kit.  One 1000 and 2 500s.  i am using an Air Remote TTL-N. I notice when I use these there is a delay between the shutter release and the strobes firing.  Have I missed something in set up or is this just how these beasts perform. Thanks in advance.

Being a hardware design engineer i cannot imagine the reason that Nikon could not switch the motor type in some new lenses (AF-P type) and not keep compatibility with older cameras. I am not familiar with the electrical connections they use in the mount, but i assume they use a few pins (4 maybe) to keep compatibility with AF type lenses where the lens just reports focal length to the camera. For driving the focus motor and VR they must use at least two pins to power the lens and at least two...
