The Nikon Nikkor Z MC 50mm F2.8 is what the company calls 'micro' lens for close-up shooting. It offers a minimum focus distance of 0.16m (6.3") and a 1:1 magnification. The lens has 10 elements and uses a stepping motor to drive the focus group. It has a nine-blade aperture with rounded blades.
