The Nikon Nikkor Z 24mm F1.8 S is a bright wide-angle prime for the company's full-frame mirrorless system. It features 12 elements, including one ED and four aspherical lenses. The lens uses Nikon's Nano Crystal Coating to reduce flare and ghosting. The focus elements are moved by a pair of stepping motors, and the lens can focus as close as 25cm (9.8"). The lens has a customizable, smooth-turning control dial and has minimal focus breaking, making it ideal for video, according to Nikon.
