Google Nexus 6P
With its 5.7-inch AMOLED display the Nexus 6P is a little smaller than last year's Motorola-made Nexus 6 in terms of both display size and overall dimensions. It comes with an aluminium shell and overall pretty impressive specs, especially in the camera department. The new model features a 12.3MP Sony sensor with a large pixel size of 1.55 microns and F2.0 aperture. There is no optical image stabilization.
The Nexus 6P also has more phase detection sensors on its imager than its predecessor, which in combination with a laser "time of flight" sensor, should allow for faster and more precise focusing. Other improvements include a 240 fps slow motion video mode and a 30 fps smart burst mode that allows for easy creation of gifs and auto-selects the best image within a burst for you. In the front there is an 8MP module with F2.4 aperture that comes with Google's HDR+ mode.
Other specifications include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset, 3GB RAM and 32, 64 and 128GB storage options. In true Nexus form there is no microSD slot, but the new model comes with a fingerprint sensor and a Type-C Micro USB connector. Power is provided by a 3450mAh battery and of course the Nexus 6P is running Google's brand new Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
