Hello X-T3 users. I found that my Fuji X-T3 has poor AF-C performance on standby mode. I mean the focus is very fast and does a lot of hunting. When I start recording a movie the focus works very well based on the af-c settings selected in the menu. Have you experienced this issue? How to resolve this? I want to use the camera for live broadcast, and I need continuous AF without recording. Or I want to record externally without starting the in camera video recording. Thank you for your help!
Hi, I am looking to buy into Fuji x-t3 system.. but was concerned about getting non weather resistant lenses. Is it really a problem? Do they get dust inside easily, I.e. with normal use? I was thinking of (for travelling): 18-55 10-24 23 f1.4 Or, should I fork out for the 16-55 (too large?) And get the 23 f2? Thanks for your help..
Hi all, I have a few trips in the coming months and was wondering if I should invest in a wide angle lens for landscapes? I'm going to San Francisco/Napa, Palm Springs and Calgary/Banff My current set up is an XT3 with 23, 35, 90 f2 primes and an 18-55 f2.8 zoom. Truth be told, I'm not sure if I should just use my 18-55, or invest in a wide angle. Does 14 or 16mm really make that big a difference considering the price point is around $1000 for a Fuji lens? Thanks in advance for any help/insights
Hi guys, recently bought my XT3 for a sweet deal (1,000 CAD) and another sweet deal is presented to me - the 55-200mm for $500 CAD. This is the first time I'm heading into telephoto zooms. Prior to this I was a Nikon FF shooter with the 24-120mm and then recently was a Sony APSC lens mainly with Sigma 16 and 30 as my main go to. I heard so many reviews about the 55-200 and comparing it to the much more expensive and heavier 50-140 lens. Since I'm new to telephoto zoom my questions are: 1....
I like to shoot product and random street photography. I currently have the Canon t6i and the viewfinder pains me. I also get blurry shots. I'm looking to upgrade and have been eyeing the X-T3. I currently have three excellent condition Nikon AI-S lenses (24mm, 35mm, and 55mm). Should I just sell those and get the X-T3 with the kit lens? I assume the EVF would be better than the dark viewfinder on my t6i, but am also considered about the lack of IBIS.
Recently I bought a New Fuji X-T3 from Amazon. Box was fine and all the paper work (books) are sealed with a sticker. When I booted the camera I set the time and everything else but what's strange is some of the settings. From what I remember it's been a few days some settings seemingly were not default - Touch is off And a could of other things, I wish I had examples but touch for sure was off. Anyone else have anything like this happen? Camera was sold as new and shows absolutely no...
Hey all, On my X-T3, when I am in video mode, and enable Focus Check for manual focus, using the focus ring on my lens causes the screen to zoom in to the center (can move area with joystick). In photo mode, if I half-press the shutter, it zooms back out. In video mode, however, half-pressing the shutter does nothing but hide the info at the top of my display (like it does in photo mode). It stays zoomed in. Even when I start the recording with a full press of the shutter button, it stays...
