Just exchanged my T1 for the T2 as the T3 comes out.  I hesitated a long time because it was said that T2 RAW files did not work well in Lightroom 6.  This doesn't seem to be the case, while my wife is unable to process the RAWs from her T3 at all. My niggles with the T1 were the lack of a threaded shutter release (as on the Pro-1 and the T-10) and the segments on the central Menu nav circle were so recessed (again in contrast to the Pro-1 and T-10) that I couldn't use them without looking at ...

Overall this camera is a peach and their are to many reviews out on the net which can provide greater information than I could.  I will touch on one issue which is batter life, this camera can chew through batteries if you do not managing power consumption. Shooting with electronic shutter only, powering of back screen and simply turning off the camera seems to help...However, a stronger battery would eliminate the need to do this, I hope the xt3 solves this issue.

I love this case where all the essential settings are easily accessible. I loved my Nikon FE2, this X-T2 gives me the same pleasures and more. Once you have it in hand, it is too easy to use. Small, light, he changed my life ...

The case with which I had the most pleasure since the Nikon FE2. All essential settings are at hand, quality is at the rendezvous and performance. I also love a completely silent electronic shutter. Small, light, I take it everywhere with me ...

I've been shooting mirrorless cameras as a hobbyist since 2010 with the Panasonic GF1. Before that it was a relatively big & clunky Pentax DSLR, and before that an old film Pentax K1000. The small, fast, simple micro four thirds cameras, paired with great glass (the 20mm f/1.7 pancake, for instance) won me over. I sold my DSLR and never looked twice at Nikon or Canon. Fast forward, to last year. I feel a growing nostalgia for aperture rings, shutter speed dials, no autofocus. Simplicity. I ...

I was pretty convinced I was gong to buy the Sony camera but decided to rent the Fuji XT-2 for a trip to Japan to test it before making a final decision.  When I returned home, my mind was made up and I purchased the Fuji because I was so impressed with its capability. The Fuji handles extremely well and the body and lenses are less expensive and lighter than Sony's, particularly the G-Master lenses. The image quality from the Fuji is really impressive.  If you are not printing giant prints, ...

Got the Fujifilm X-T2 about one month ago. My Nikon D7200 is sitting on the shelf. The learning curve is stepper than on any DSLR I’ve owned. The focus choices, while excellent, are still whizzing around my brain… I can say that the image quality and the speed of the X-T are excellent. It’s my second mirroless and as all reviews state, it’s the fastest. . The EVF is excellent, love previewing the image right there. I am shooing JPED and RAW so that I can enjoy the range of film simulations, ...

First real opportunity to put the Fuji XT-2 and 50-140 lens to the test of a hard, cold, (35 degrees) pouring rain.  Happy to report that both camera and lens performed flawlessly with no issues.  The ladies college lacrosse game was 2 halves, 30 minutes each and a 3:00 minute overtime with lots of stops in the game.  I had no issues whatsoever with the camera performing as stated, weatherproof, and the lens doing the same.  Even the rear screen which tilts etc. had no problems with the ...

I have the Fujifim X-T2 for 3 weeks now and I have no time to write reviews anymore. This is the Camera I was waiting for for a long time. It's just great. My expensive Nikon DSLR Full Frame stuff stays at home or gets sold. The image quality and the speed of the X-t2 is out of this world and I would declare the Mirror as death. The EVF of the Fujinshows you exactly what you get. The Film Simulations are amazing. And last but not least Fujinon Lenses are great.
