I am venturing into Real Estate Photography. I am not sure which way to go, lower megapixels & high iso's, or do I go w the A7Rii for all those megapixels & chance losing my detail in the darker corners; or go with the soon to be released A7Sii. Now that it has the 5 axis stabilization too I am tempted to go w it, but don't want to be sorry when I need to get my non real estate files out to be printed in a larger print size?!?! Or does the new A7Rii do as good of a job in relatively low light...
I know there have been threads about this in the past and I know that no one on here knows for sure when Sony will release a new model. That said, I imagine some of you have a better idea of their general release cycles than a n00b like me does. I just bought an a6000 this weekend for an upcoming trip to Japan. I'm not going until November, but I was excited and bought the camera now to practice using it. This is my first camera purchase in a long time and the first time I've ever bought one...
Hi: I bought a "like new" p7800 based on buying guide (round-up: enthusiast compact camera.) I want to learn more about camera features, outside of always using "auto," and think this camera has a lot of features to work with. This means learning new language, ie., ISO, aperture, f-stop etc. My questions: Is this a difficult camera to learn to use? Or should I be using something less complicated? I'm thinking about buying the David Busch book. Is this camera fast enough to capture...
Hello, I'm aware that similar questions have been asked multiple times, but most of them are from last year and/or fragmented, so figured I would ask again here. I am thinking about buying a6000 or at least waiting for this a6100 to be announced, so get that instead or I buy a6000 cheaper. I am basically a novice with digital cameras (only dealt with film cameras years ago), but willing to spend time learning once I get one. I will use mainly for casual travel photos (i.e. street/landscape)....
I have just noticed that every time I turn on the camera when it is set to Record modes P, TV, Av, M, or C) - or switch between them - the camera displays a message in the middle of the LCD showing the little +/- black and white icon and the text 'change settings'. It displays for about 3 seconds and then goes away. All operations seems to functioning normally so it doesn't seem to be problem but since I've not noticed it before I'd like to know if I should/can do anything to eliminate it.
Hi everyone, First post here, I have been doing research on the Sony A6000 and it sounds like the camera I wish to buy, but it is late into the year and I am wondering if anyone has heard any news if Sony will upgrade the A6000 to maybe a touchscreen in the near future like the A5000 to the A5100. The A6000 really sounds like a great camera but a touchscreen would really make it better. Cheers from Japan dctokyo
