So some quick info, im in my 3rd (and final) life in MFT, owned a GX7 and GX8 in the past. Coming back this tme i got another GX7 as i knew i would like it and prices are super low now. As of now i have several lenses with adapters and the Sigma 60mmDN. I love the combo and have many great shots so far from it but have been looking at upgrading my body. I originally wanted the GX85 for the advancements in IBIS, DFD, 4k, ect, but then i saw how close the EM10-II price was and figured it was a...

Having loved my photography from a very young age, I initially shot 35mm, (didn't we all) and then progressed onto various Nikon SLRs, with all the lenses, finally succumbing to PX my kit and opt for an easier life with a DSLR bridge, with the Panasonic FZ200. However, whilst it has a terrific zoom, I find the file size limiting for cropping, so it's time to move on yet again, hence, the question. With a trip to South-East Asia booked and wanting to be able to capture fairly high-res pictures...

Hello, i might change to the Canon M10 from Panasonic LX100 and want to hear your opinions. I bought the M10 yesterday at a campain-price (about 300$) and the store have 30 Days return policy so no it is time to choose to keep it or not. Before i used the Canon G7 and thereafter the Canon G1 X. What are your thoughts about the Canon M10 vs Panasonic LX100 ? I do use the camera most for travel and landscape photos. Thanks in advance //Daniel

Hi guys,I've decided to start taking photography a bit more seriously than just using my phone's camera. I've seen a lot about the Olympus OMD 10 Mk II and the Panasonic Lumix GX80/85 and was wondering if there was much difference between them (other than the 4k capabilities of the GX80)?I'll be using the camera for pictures when out and about so would be perfectly happy using a kit lens until I get better at photography to understand exactly what it is i want to take pictures of and then go...

Dear all, Kindly need your help, as I mentioned my question above, I have EOS M10 with kit lens 15-45mm and want to add some telephoto lens. I've read some review, specially from Dustin Abbott and give me a result that I should choose EF-M 55-200mm instead EF-S 55-250mm. I have an EOS M adapter to EF-S lens. Few points which make me confused till today: 1. AF Performance 2. Image Quality (though some review told EF-M has better result on 200mm, but overall still EF-S win the race) My...

I currently have an M10 Mk I and want to pick up another body.... I prefer to travel with 2. I am looking at an M10 Mk II but I have one question.....how are the RAW files at ISO 1600 and 3200 in terms of detail retention ? ....I have read a number of reviews that talk about  more aggressive NR in the Mk II relative  to the MKI above ISO 800, but I can't tell if the references are speaking to JPEG NR algorithms or RAW sensor level tweaking.....even Dpreviews ratings only talk about RAW...

Hi, I am planning to buy my first "serious" camera, and I looked into mirrorless cameras with m43 sensors. In my region I can afford to buy the GF7 or the G6. (Also the Canon eos 1200d or the Canon eos m10 or Olympus E-PL6) Firstly I would use the camera for learning photography and I would mostly shoot stills. And I would like to get a small sized camera which is easy to carry everywhere. The GF7 has better sensor and smaller, but the G6 has an EVF and a flash hot shoe.I really can't decide....

Hey everyone. I was playing around in the menu of my camera and I don't know what I did but the camera now focuses on where ever it wants instead of the center of the frame were I had it focusing before. I also noticed that in the auto focus mode in the menu the c-af is greyed out, I'm not sure if this has to do with the 1ST issue I'm having or not. This is driving me nuts and I have to admit I have never been fond of the menu system with this camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Dear Canonisti, I am currently having a hefty love affair with Olympus' mirrorless M10. Nevertheless, I feel that under many circumstances my Canon gear gave me at least as nice color rendition. I mainly shot my 450D, 50D, and last 550D (T2i) in "standard" picture mode. Now I wonder: Will any modern Canon DSLR (or maybe even EOS-M) have more or less the same nice color rendition, or did things change over the years? Actually from time to time I check image galleries, e.g. here at dpreview;...
