Hi, I am interested in getting a EOS M but was a little surprised when I could not see the RAW mode when I view the selections available through the menu/quality selection. All I saw was the jpeg modes (L,M,S and 2 more S if I remembered correctly). Did I missed something? Even the sale man was unable to help when I questioned to confirm whether I can shoot RAW with the EOS M. I saw that it has RAW mode in the instruction manual, but I just want to be sure and if possible know how I can...

It looks like I have the opportunity to go to Australia and Yosemite for the first time this year. I have the M and love it, and plan on picking up the 11-22 to use on these trips. Obviously I'll be looking at a lot of landscape opportunities with wide exposure variation, so graduated NDs would be very handy. Any thoughts on the best way to get graduated ND filters on the 11-22 without completely losing the size benefits of the M? From the reviews it sounds like the filter ring doesn't rotate...

So I'm moving up from my Canon S and these are my two choices; I'll consider something with a viewfinder for my next upgrade. I've read a bunch of reviews and both of these cameras are reported to be quite good, but considering I'll at some point get a nice small prime lens I want to get the right camera before investing in the lens ecosystem. It doesn't bother me that the NX is an older camera or that the X-M1 is only $150 or so more because I like the way both of these look, are priced. I...
I am trying to pick out a 64gb memory card for my new EOS 70D (I may also use it in my EOS M). I've been trying unsuccessfully to find out what the maximum speed the 70D is capable of utilizing is. For example, Amazon has a selection of SanDisk cards on sale, but I was unsure if a maximum write speed of 40/MBsec is fast enough -- I've seen some reviewers mention using 80/MBsec cards instead and I don't want the card to be a bottleneck. On the other hand, I'm not planning to buy another camera...
Hi.photography is my Hobby. I have an EOS 60D with several lenses. i like to have my Camera with me anywhere but it's not possible & i know this is a problem fot many of us !!i want to ask; is EOS M suitable as a second & more available & accessible camera for me ?!!the most important question is autofocus speed. you think, it will be acceptable for me (in compered with EOS 60D) ?!!tanQ.
Is the EF-M 22mm sold in a retail package? Because I just bought one on Amazon from a third party seller and expected it in a nice Canon box, but instead I received the bulk gray package with no logos. Maybe it was part of a kit? I'm not sure if returning it, the amazon one is 40$ more (190 euros instead of 225 euros, yeah we don't have your amazing 99$ price over here...) Thank you so much
I saw this ad on craigslist for an old Canon AE-1 and lenses. My question is will these lenses work on an EOS M with the EF adapter? Here is the link to the ad. http://cincinnati.craigslist.org/pho/4086884944.html Btw. i would be cool if canon made a retro looking camera resembling the AE-1.
