The Canon 650 and 700 (T4i and T5i) are almost identical cameras in function and are now about a decade old.  The 700 had some minor cosmetic changes.  Both were 18mp APC sensor cameras with touch screens, no WiFi, nine cross point autofocus and five fps drive. The best feature of these cameras in 2022 is price. My T5i and kit 18-55 STM lens was $250. Another 24mm f2.8 STM lens was $85 and a 55-250 STM telephoto was $135. For a used DSLR the T5i and a set of used STM lenses might be the best ...

This is the second Digital Rebel I've bought expressly for shooting fast running horses at rodeos. The fast and accurate autofocus and super colorful default JPEGs make this an even better DSLR than my Rebel XT (EOS 350 D). The 700D (Rebel T5i) even has excellent 1080p Full HD video and a very usable touch screen that fully articulates.

When I bought this camera I did not understand what is so great about this camera? When I bought 50 mm F 1.8 the camera was used much much much better. The kit lens is not good in my perspective, And prime lenses are usually much better! Glass is the most important thing! I guess for photos it will take me time to use G85 to out perform this camera. A video I mad with this camera : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVV_5naOWnk

The Cannon EOS 700D is a fantastic camera body if you are just getting started into photography or getting your first DSLR. The reason I bought this camera was because my Photography and Digital Media teacher recommended it. I have owned this camera for about 6 months now and it has been excellent. I would recommend this camera if you are just getting started into photography or getting your first DSLR. Good luck and happy snapping :-):-):-) Kind Regards Babdog_2020 High School Event Photographer

The price has fell a lot so I decided to buy the 700D. I thought I made the error of buying the wrong kit as for an extra £190, I could have bought the camera with 18-135mm STM lens, instead of the the kit with the 18-55mm STM, extra battery and lens cloth. I have since purchased the 18-135mm STM lens for £195. I also got £50 cashback on the 700D kit. The camera itself works very well. The touch screen very responsive. Since I also own a 600D getting around the camera is straight forward. If ...

I've recently upgraded to Canon EOS 700D and indeed so far I'm very happy with it. However it confuses me why it wouldn't auto-focus my old Sigma 10-20mm and Sigma 18-200mm lenses neither in still nor in movie mode unlike my very old 350D did.

I used T1i for a month while waiting 700D arrive and it was quite interesting going from a bridge fto a dslr. After a week with T5i can say it is an amazing machine. I thought the overall performance far exceeds the T1i , the difference is not small . I also used the T2i from my brother a while and is also mush faster. The grappling of the camera is very good and the hand strap that i bought made it perfect. She responds very quickly and with the memory card Sandisk Extreme 45MB / s ( 32GB is ...

Hello, I've been a Nikon user for over 10 years. I work in a research lab and mainly use cameras for light box product work with the camera tethered to a computer. I finally had enough with Nikon when our camera would not connect to and be recognized by Nikon Camera Control Pro software. I called Nikon support and they said they would take the case and call back shortly, however I never heard from them again. The Nikon Camera Control Pro software is a bad joke and a frustrating waste of time. ...
