Hi everyone, I currently have a Canon 60D camera that I use to record videos. I use a Sennheiser lav mic set up. I've been frustrated by the inability to plug earphones into the body and listen while I record. I want to upgrade to a camera that allows me to do both (connect lav mic without an extra accessory AND connect headphones). My lenses are fairly expensive so want to stick with Canon, despite some very tempting Sony cameras now available. I don't need the latest and best camera, so was...
Just a general question. Noticed that some of my favorite lenses are largely unheralded by the photography industry press, or don't get the same treatment by vintage camera enthusiasts (in the case of older lenses). I'm sure you've had the same experience, and would love to hear which lenses you adore, but feel like you're the only one in the world who feels that way about them. Or maybe your favorites have been reviewed, but not as much or not as positively as you feel warranted. Would love...
Hi there, first post today; wanted to discuss the unusual bubblewrap-like flaring I found on my sun-star. Out of interest I felt like making a sunstar with my 5D & 24-105L (mki & mki). I know my sensor is pretty dirty - I was wondering if maybe that is the cause of the unusual flaring; I did not remove the spots so you can...

Hey guys, I'm new to this site but I need to rent a mix of accessories and cameras for an upcoming shoot in Shoreditch. Didn't get to bring all my kit with me and I'm looking for recommendations for companies? Have been told BorrowFox, Fixation and Four corners are all quite good.. Any recommendations? Thanks Andy
Hi, i have been using my Canon 5D mark 1 (classic) for events and portraits and it was doing great. until last 3 weeks ago that i started to notice some lines under the lower part of my images. it was like noise banding or something. Question is what is causing it and is there anyway i can fix it?? need help badly. thanks.
Hello Everyone! As an avid landscape and cityscape photography enthusiast, I recently purchased a Canon EOS 5D Classic, in order to enter in the full frame world. I already have a (even more classic) Canon EF 28-80 f/3.5-5.6 USM, the first one back from the late 80's with metal mount. The lens is good, really, though it has some problems dealing with flare - the image goes all white and looses all contrast - and it's a preetty dark lens. The question I ask is: what lens can be a good 'bang...
