I currently have a Canon 70D with the 18-135mm IS STM kit lens and an old 28-80mm USM lens from a EOS Elan with the same aperture. Both work completely digitally (Aperture, focus, etc) and manually and the 28-80 is still in similar condition to my 18-135 lens. Is there any advantage to keeping the 28-80mm USM and using it as well as the 18-135?
