I never had to think about editing the EXIF in DNGs I shot with my iPhone as all the important information was already populated. But what if I want to edit the EXIF on my original RAW photos from my Sony NEX that I've imported into my iPad Pro? I've not tried it yet, but the best idea I've come up with is to do the EXIF editing on the JPGs and then try to somehow sync the EXIF between the JPG and RAW photos later when I get home, but I've not figured out how to do that yet. I was unsure where to post this query, spent a bit of time perusing the Macintosh forum, and ultimately have landed back in my comfort zone here at Micro Four Thirds. If there's a "Workflow for Dummies" book please point me that way. If this has been beaten to death in other threads, I'm happy to read those as well. I'm choosing an iPad as a gift for my wife who loves creating and sharing photo albums in person. I'm torn between 32 or 64 or 128 GB spec'd device. Does anyone know an approximate size of an image file as transferred to an iPad (from iPhoto most likely)? I'm not sure of the specifics, but I read that the images are optimized sometime before they appear as albums on the ipad, so I can't just assume it's a straight 2048 x 1536.
