Hello guys. I'm a Canon shooter and i'm searching for a remote zoom solution. I have a question. Can a lens like Panasonic 45-175mm PZ lens http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/818956-REG/Panasonic_H_PS45175K_Lumix_G_X_Vario.html can power zoom from camera menu (or wifi tablet app) on a Olympus camera (like E-M1 to say)? I can see that Panasonic can function with Olympus in this demo video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZEPLxH87-E But how about the opposite? Anyone tested this?

Hello, I have just sold my Canon T2i, and I'm waiting for my Lumix GF6 with 14-42mm PZ lens kit to be delivered. I am looking for the smallest possible bag that would fit this kit, a 45-175mm PZ, a 45mm f2.8 (if possible), one extra battery, wallet, passport, and most importantly an iPad mini in a Apple Smart Case. I am especially looking for something that doesn't look like a camera bag, as I will carry this thing with me all the time. Would the F-5XA be able to fit these things (most...

Hi! I bought Panasonic 45-175, have updated firmware and now I investigate the OIS issue and its limitations. These shots were made with GF3 at 175 mm, 1/400-1/640, camera was handled. I have two blurry and tho sharp images. I know that the OIS issue can make image doubling and I saw many examples in the Internet and some examples in my photos at ~1/160. But here exposure is lower. So the question is: Can you determine what is the cause of blurring on 2 of 4 photos? Wrong autofocus, my hand...
I am about to come into some money that I want to invest in improving the quality of my images. My budget will be about $1000, and maybe $1200 maximum. I'm not a pro, just an enthusiast that likes to take pictures. I currently have the following equipment: Panasonic G5 camera 14-45mm f/3.5-5.6 standard zoom 45-175mm f/4-5.6 power zoom 100-300mm f/4-5.6 long tele zoom 25mm f/1.4 PanaLeica fast prime 45mm f/2.8 PanaLeica macro (which I also use for some portraits and as a short tele). I shoot...
Hi everyone, I am planning to get a small pocket-able camera as a second system alongside my Nikon D800. I used to have a GH2, and I was wondering if anyone has experience with both cameras. Although GX1 is newer, snapsort is showing the sensor not as good as GH2: http://snapsort.com/compare/Panasonic-GX1-vs-Panasonic_Lumix_DMC-GH2/specs GX1 + 45-150mm combo is very lightweight and would be a nice addition to my D800. The other option could be a NEX-3N/5N with a 55-210 lens, but I am a bit...
