The seller said to me that is possible an OM4T prototype as this camera belongs to his father he works for many year in olympus. in the front side of the camera near OM4 there was a T red letter sticker that was placed Near 4 ( like 4T). when i received this camera as an amateuro i thought that this camera is An OM4 and just somebody sticks there the T letter. I placed it on ebay to sell like an OM4 camera and a person message me that the up side...
Recently I'm finding that when I power on my E-30 (much less frequently used nowadays than in the past) the SSWF continues to randomly flash the blue light and rattle more than the ususal one time -- indeed, it now fires many times over several minutes at least. It will interrupt functions e.g. reviewing photos by resetting to the menu screen. Anyone else experience this? Perhaps the system needs to be cleaned?
l have an olympus e-30 dslr with 14 -42 mm lens. l also picked up an adapter ring to allow me to use older olympus lenses and a 100mm macro lens . l'd like to be able to use a microscope objective in order to take extreme close up photos. can anyone guide me on what other equipment l need to connect this to my camera , best one to start with and were to get the equipment. l'm totally new to this method but getting tired of just shooting macro and close focus
Hello everyone, Will the OMD-EM1 and accompanying software work with Windows XP, Olympus Master II, and Corel Pro Photo X3? I am considering stepping up from my E-30's in order to gain two more stops of usable ISO. (Using my current 4/3 rds lenses with the MM3 and HDL7 grip.) The increased stops of usable ISO would be my only reason for adding the OMD-EM1. I realize my computer is old stuff, but it is still working for me and the deal breaker would be if I have to also buy new...
I am looking to get a FF camera, many options with the different suppliers on line. I am looking at the canon 6, are all the 6D cameras wi fi enable? I've noticed different prices listed some say wi fi and others don't. I don't need all the features of a Mark 5, I am not a professional, so the 6D looks appealing to me. I will keep my 60D as a back up. --http://www.flickr.com/photos/billse-300/E510 with two lens kit, E-300 and battery grip, E1 and battery grip, 14-45mm, 40-150mm, 50mm macro,...
My E-30 sometimes turns off and on, off and on.....when I first turn the camera to the "on" position. Seems to occur after camera has been idle for a period of time. After the above on and off cycles , the camera seems to be OK. Time to send to Olympus for repair? Otherwise I may miss an important shot when first turning the camera on. Thanks for any help. --slowbutsteady
Hello, I wonder if anyone can help. I have an Olympus 300 [mod edit - E-300 or Evolt 300] and have just bought a remote shutter. The attachment doesn't seem to plug in anywhere and I've looked online and found that I need an HLD-3. I can't find one of these anywhere so can I use an HLD-4? Any help or advice would be really appreciated. Thanks
I have on Olympus E-300 which I bought in a bundle with the following lenses: Zuiko Digital 14-45mm (28-90mm) f3.5-5.6 and 40-150mm (80-300mm) f3.5-4.5 lenses I am considering buying an Olympus OM-D E-M5 II - will I be able to use the Zuiko lenses on the new camera body with the same level of functionality I get on the E-3000 ??
