Hello, I am hoping for some guidance on my lens purchase. I currently have the Olympus OMD EM1 (usually with the original 14-150mm lens on it when I travel) and I am going to travel from Australia to New York, MaIne and Vermont for a month in September this year. I am going to upgrade to the OMD EM1 Mark 2 in the next month or so and am wondering if it would be worth upgrading my lens as well. i have been looking at the 12-100mm f4 IS Pro. I recently loaned my 14-150 to my Dad, and to cut a long story short, he dropped it... :-( Thankfully it has the UV filter on it so the front element is fine. However, there is what appears to be either a chip or a piece of shattered filter on one of the internal elements. Do you think it is a chip or a shard of filter, and, if so, do you think it is worth getting fixed? A chip on the element, or a shard of shattered filter? Last week I was shooting at sunset with my Olympus OM-D E-M1 and the 14-150 lens on a tripod. I was using the electronic viewfinder to compose my scene, and I noticed on several occasions that while zooming in and out, the view in the EVF would go completely black. Then after some more zooming in and out, the black would go away and I'd see the regular view again. This happened several times. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there an explanation for this, or is there something wrong...

Hi Folks, I have decided to upgrade from a point and shoot to omd M10. I am definitely novice and hoping this camera will inspire me to be good at photography.
