Olympus FE-115

This is our 1st digital camera but it was mainly bought for my wife. There aren't many features but one my wife likes is the 'Image Stabilization' - one you don't see in low end cameras. Features are great if you're going to use them but after asking many friends & relatives, I found very few uses them - most use their cameras as they come out of the box.
