Hello, I was just wondering if sony is planning on releasing further updates for the Sony A6300 or have they dropped support for it since a6500 being released? Just wondering if they would add the heat resistance feature from the a6500 on the a6300... James.

Hi everybody, I am new of this forum, so probably the question has been asked before. I have been a strong back problem, preventing me in the last years to go out and take pictures. Actually I am still suffering, but I looking for better future. I have a lot of Canon stuff, 6D/80D, 100-400 mk ii, 100 macro etc, but they are too heavy for me now. I tried with the panasonic fz200 (possibly + TC), the image quality, was not in pair with the canon dsrls, but acceptable. However I could not be...

After finally upgrading from my D80 to a D7200, I find myself not really using my V1 and J4 anymore.  I want to sell them, but I have no idea what kind of value to place on them.  Does anyone have a good reference or method to determine the value of my Nikon 1 systems?

Using OLYMPUS Digital Camera Updater v1.2.1 and 2016 iMacI can update my E-m5 11 and Panasonic and Olympus lenses. Did so today. My problem is when I try to update my E-m1 11 I get a message saying "More then one camera is connect to the computer. To update firmware, select only one camera and disconnect the other." I am doing nothing different then I always have and did today successfully on the E-m5 11. I am using a different USB cable but it is one that came with the camera I think. Any...

Hello! So I am mainly upgrading to the G7X looking for the flip screen for silly selfies with my wife when we are out shooting with our main cameras, and for what seems to be a bit better ISO performance and more controls on the body.Is there anything at all that you think is not an upgrade from RX100 V1 ? I mean, seeing that it gets compared to RX100 III I supposed it is surely better than the first two versions of the Sony. The reason I am not considering RX100 III is the short lens. I...

Greetings all. I would appreciate your thoughts on a perennial question. Leaving soon on a three week trip in Europe. Last time I took my A6000, 10-18f4 because I love wide angle, and the 18-105f4. Additionally, I took my rx100 v1 and a Ricoh Theta, which I did not use much. I was very pleased with the results of the a6000 and the rx100. Now, I am considering leaving the 18-105 at home at taking the 70-300, but as you know, it is huge and heavy. So, for you who travel often or have some words...

Just wondering if anyone has luck using that combo or any other Godox flash for that matter. I own the RX100 V1 and was considering getting V2 only to be able to add flash for some tiny yet high quality camera system. This is noy my main system at all but a nice easy to carry setup for those times when you want to be super light. For that reason I am not spending the money needed for a used III or newer..basically its either V2 or stay with the...

So I own RX100 v1 and have been thinking on getting II mainly because of being able to use a small flash like the Godox 350s and what is supposed to be better high ISO performance but the information I am finding is conflicting. Some claim that V1 actually has better IQ.So, I am guessing many members here have had a chance to try them out and can share some feedback please. And now, I am not going with any higher version..its either I or II. This will see very limited use so I am not spending...

About a week ago I got the D750, so far it's been working really nice, however, today I noticed that while attempting to preview a picture and zooming in (slow zoom in), the camera did not open it immediately as if it was loading from the SD card but instead for about 1-2 seconds I saw the lcd turned snowy/static like the image below (not from the actual camera). Not from the actual camera I've been trying to reproduce this but I haven't so far. I wonder if anybody has experienced this or a...

Hello, These endless discussions about Jon leaving this forum are really boring... For those still interested in cameras and pictures, I have a question. I tried to shoot the moon tonight with the D7200 + Tamron 70-300 VSD (450 mm equiv), and with the V1 + FT1 + the Tamron (810 mm equiv) That was just for fun. I post the images for those interested, but that's not the main purpose of this thread. I had to manual focus with both cameras, which is not surprising. I used spot metering, but I had...
