Nikon Coolpix S640
The Nikon S640 is the fastest Coolpix to date (August 2009), which the company says offers DSLR-like focus speed. It also features an 'air gapless' screen which fits the protective outer panel more closely to the 2.7 inch LCD for improved contrast. It comes with a 12.2MP sensor and 5x zoom lens starting at 28mm equivalent.
