Very good for a small APS-C without a DPF/TPF. Very good for well lite situations, not good in low light, loud/clunky shutter... Great price at $400 with 16-50 lens and grip.

Got mine for around 450$ with 27mm lens so that was quite a bargain. For this price, camera is ideal as a carry around tool (when there is no space to bring your DSLR). I just purchased an XM1 and am a bit disappointed in its functionality and deletion by Fuji of key items. I'm not disappointed in the low price or it's image quality (IQ is outstanding from my first few uses). Of course this is what makes the XM1 affordable. My irks are: Lack of a/e lock button for metering, doesn't seem to have the function of immediate image display when shooting in RAW, no intelligent zoom feature, only one B/W basic filter, no EVF (but I can live without it).
