Lensbaby launches Creative Mobile Kit
Lensbaby, the maker of a range of 'creative lenses' and mobile accessories has launched the Creative Mobile Kit. It consists of a mounting device and kickstand for your smartphone and two lenses, the LM-20 and LM-30. The former captures a large sweet spot of focus surrounded by gradually increasing blur, and the latter produces images that have a sharp center surrounded by reflections.
According to Lensbaby the kit is compatible with Apple's iPhone 5 series, the iPhones 6 and 6 Plus and all Android phones running version 4.1 or newer of the Google mobile operating system. That said, given you can use the lenses without the dedicated app, the Creative Mobile Kit should work with any smartphone that the lens mount can be attached to.
The Creative Mobile Kit including LM-20 and LM-30 lenses is now available for $90 on the Lensbaby website or through retailers. Below you can see samples captured with the kit and lenses.
