The original HTC One has a 4.7-inch 1080p screen.

The phablet wars continue as rumors of a 6-inch HTC One Max hit the tech blogs. German site Mobile Geeks reported that HTC's challenge to the anticipated Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will arrive in September, crediting sources familiar with HTC's plans.

As translated by The Verge, the HTC One Max will have a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, up to 64GB of storage and a powerful 3200mAh battery.

On top of rumors of a phablet, Mobile Geeks also detailed the specifications of the still-unconfirmed HTC One Mini. According to the same source, the mini version of the HTC One would sport a dual-core 1.4GHz processor, 720p 4.3-inch display and 16GB of storage.

Still no indication of what the camera could look like on either of the rumored HTC devices. According to Mobile Geeks, the HTC One Mini will be announced in a couple weeks and we can expect the official details of the HTC One Max in September.
