He graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in visual journalism, worked in public relations as a full-time photographer and videographer while freelancing as a wedding and events shooter, and has recently received a Master of Communications degree from the University of Washington. Most recently, he is working as a field engineer for GE Healthcare, installing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining diagnostic imaging equipment for medical facilities in the Puget Sound region.
