dpr, not sure if this article is intended to be funny, well then I don't understand the joke. If it's intended to help photogs withstanding rain, it's failing. Just bashing equipment. I didn't know this nubrella thing before you posted this article.

Did you test it, did you take it out in the rain? It could be a real help in difficult situations.

The other side is the look of it. Well it may not be your taste and it isn't mine either, but sometimes a photog have to make fun of itself just to get a better shot or just to get the shot at all.

So if you do not like this equipment, that's ok, but what's the alternative, did you research?

lococola: #15 looks like it was made with a 0.5 megapixel camera from an 90s mobile phone.

I like high resolution pictures combined with high sharpness, that this pic obviously hasn't. Nevertheless I voted for it just because of composition and story telling. And the grain suits the old paitings on the museums wall.

RBFresno: HI!

I was pleasantly surprised that one of my Challenge entries was selected for this challenge (I hadn't even noticed this until the voting was over!).

Thanks to DpReview and to those who voted for my photo; and congrats to those selected. Very humbled to have been included!

Voted #1. Captured just at the right moment.

2nd pic: T6s is on the right, not on the left - as stated in the text -, isn't it?

Checking DXO's test results for some time I wasn't convinced they did a good job as there are some unplausibilities (i.e. 70-200 2.8 IS II was rated not as good as every other review I read).

So I'm unsure if integration of DXO in DPR is a good move.

Do you get the raw data from DXO and draw your own conclusion? And what if your conclusion differs much from the one drawn by DXO?

I rate DPReview one of the best and - most important - independent und reliable reviewer and hope this doesn't change.

Absolutely great job so long!
