That they're all men adds to it. Nice one.

Definitely sounds like you're out of luck then!

Speed. It's nice to be able to control the aperture without even looking at the barrel. Much faster than glancing down at the little top plate and seeing what happens when you turn one of the top ...

I have a Summicron 23/2 as well. It's even a little bit smaller than the Sigma, but if I go shooting in the daytime I rarely shoot at less than f/4 or 5.6 anyways. I don't care about bokeh in a ...

I can now say that the Sigma 24/3.5 (36mm equiv) works perfectly with the CL. It's the same length as the Summicron 23/2 with a filter plus 3-4mm, and has the added advantage, as other Sigma I ...

Porsche 911s and 718s still have manuals; so does the Toyota Supra, or Mazda Miata. Manual transmissions are making a little bit of a come back recently.

I LOVE that edition, you can carry it anywhere and no one will even think you're taking their photo. I ended up buying another "special edition" CL used and it makes me laugh. It's not as loud as ...

The $1300 rebate is something else, the kit is priced so that with the rebate, you get the camera for $300 less than list price and the lens is free. I imagine it wouldn't be hard to sell the lens ...

I have to say I don't get IBIS as a necessity. Unless one has a physical condition that prevents it, 1/60th of a second, or much less for steady hands, gets you a sharp photo. With ISO capability ...

I purchased a CL recently, prices have stabilized such that you can get the 18/2.8 practically thrown into a deal. Leica announced when they said they were leaving the APS-C market in 2022 that ...

MW will talk your ear off, good guy.

Matt Weber is great, in his talks he loves to show his fighting photos, that is he chanced so often on the streets into brawls and took the picture(s). He has a website where you can purchase ...

I used one once with a Leica, not very comfortable. Wast aware that one was available for the KP. Once you get the muscle memory down for the KP I find it's comfortable with all of the grips. I've ...

I just picked up a like-new CL with the 18 and 23mm lenses. Holy smokes what a nice camera. Much faster in operation than the reviews let on. The Sony-sourced 24mp sensor has been great for years, ...

Get any that don't end up jamming into the threads. I tried some Tiffen nano slimlines and they are a bear to get off. As to quality, I never saw a difference between any brand filter. I use them ...

Merlin5 I think you're gilding a lily here. You're linking to fairly famous street photographers here, in a genre where failure is almost automatic. The video is not still street photography, and ...

I'd have said the DA 15/4, FA 31/1.8 and 77/2.8 work well with the K3M3 if you're looking for a small kit.

That's a really wonderful shot. I'd err on the side of a little less processing, but you can make a case for the pastel colors with a high contrast like this. That aside, I wish I'd taken that!

I like the Pentax special models, got the K-P with a wooden grip and gold markings, it's quite lovely.
