Some of the Fuji zooms are excellent. The 16-55 is great as are the 70-300 just took name two.

A mirrorless camera would have the meter in the viewfinder whether in manual mode or not, in all probability.

If you're still investigating perhaps consider the Fujifilm xt4. It's a wonderful hybrid camera and much lighter than the r5. It isn't full frame but still used by professionals.
