I do not know of any macro lens that would fit and work well other than the lens that is already on the camera.. you just switch it to macro mode.

I think a crop reduces pixels but not their resolution.

I’m not the one who wants to change.

ON1 is another choice. Capture One is another.

The lens on the camera has a macro function built in. Check the manual.
