I agree--huge mistake. Then again, I will buy the camera--I don't care about video however those who do will probably think twice.

captivatingphotography: It's a pity Adobe spend so much time and effort creating nonsense like this, rather than fix the real issues affecting Lightroom and other applications!

A minute--I'm good to go in about 13 seconds--2017 IMac.

Just amazes me how Leica owners are so quick to jump on a fellow Leica owner when he merely points out that a feature doesn't work! I mean please---Leica did nothing wrong, and should fix the problem, but many in here find it necessary to come up with bizarre rationalizations for a broken feature. It comes across s fan boyish. Anyway, my Q is on order and I will expect that all features will work.

Seems like another Fuji masterpiece (if this reviewer is correct). Out of my price range but definitely a winner.

Benjamin Kanarek: Did you actually say "The slow-ish autofocus system..." It is a Medium format camera. In fact the fastest AF medium focus camera on the market. I know. Do you know why I know? Because I have been a Pro Photographer for over 30 years and use this stuff for my living. So, if I were you, I would have said (that is if you knew what you were talking about) The GFX-R like its older brother, has the fastest MF autofocus on the market. You know, half full rather than half empty glass of water. But hey, what do I know? I have only shot for the likes of VOGUE, Harper's BAZAAR, ELLE, and I have shot world ad campaigns like Swarovski, etc... so maybe I best just keep doing what I am doing and let the Pro Photographers here do what they do best...

In medium format yes. Any one who shoots professionally knows this. Thats' why you never if ever see a MF camera at a sporting event or on Safari--LOL_-this is ridiculous

Just amazes me that autofocus is even an issue. Heck this is medium format--you don't use it to shoot wild life or sporting events.

I see they mentioned that it is good for professionals who do street photography. Is there any improvement in terms of autofocus over its big brother? I doubt it.

sh10453: Great news!!! Get yourself a 10-core, 64GB RAM, and a 16GB graphics card for the tiny amount of just $6,000 to $8,000 and your imports will improve significantly.
For other performance improvements, you, the ungrateful user, are asking too much.

You are assuming that the upgrade won't improve performance on lesser machines. I guess we will see soon enough.

Adobe hate is the current rage. Nothing they do at this point will assuage the anger of many. They waited to long to address issues that have been prevalent for years. Having said that, I'm still going to use their products. I don't have the time to learn something new, and both LR and Photoshop work well enough for me that changing is not happening. No use getting upset about--it is what it is.

Way overpriced.

These are becoming more and more general in the 24/7 news cycle. I would like specifics, whether or not the accusers intend to (or can) file charges. I guess I have to get myself a copy of the Times.

Only people who will buy this nonsense are perverts who want to surreptitiously video things they shouldn't be videoing--Just ridiculous.

Whats the point. This fetish like adoration of equipment and ratings is bizarre.

Dont quite get this review. All I can glean is that Leica is difficult to get the hang of, and can turn out decent results when you do. Very strange.

Wow. Seems like a ton of effort for something really absurd.

RandyPD: Since time began, image and video editing belonged to Apple. Your pictures and videos looks better with Mac than PC, every pro worth their salt knows this. If you want to be a successful pro, use Mac. You go in and show your work in a MacBook Pro, it is already sold.

LOL--of course its sarcasm.

These guys have a fine app but its not ready for primetime when it comes to Fuji. Although some of the features work, it fails miserably on others.

Dude, you seem to leave out the all important eye. And yes you sound like you are doing a woe is me--everyone can do what I can do so my lively hood is being threatened---That's total nonsense. Sounds more like lack of confidence then anything else.

Dude, thats a little melodramatic would you say. Change is a fixture in all aspects of life.
