As has been suggested, probably a shim that looks like the lens mount ring on the front of the camera. It will be interesting to see if the number of "sheets" required is the same for all cameras ...

When Auto does not work for me I go to Kelvin "K" and adjust the temperature while looking at the rear screen or through the EVF until the image matches the scene I see in real life. That's worked ...

After looking at your pics (particularly 2 and 3), I don't know why you would even consider keeping it. I zoomed in on those two photos and it looks like extended exposure to corrosive elements ...
