LadislavCZ: Looking at the 100 percent crop showed at 550 / 5.6 for a 12K lens it does not look any great. I am suprised the price does not justify the sharpness here and was expecting much, much more at that price. I would say the Sigma 150-600 come very close (90 percent) at 14-15 lower street price.

That's not really the point. In order to show the superiority of the lens, a better-chosen crop would have been more appropriate. Vibration, there may well have been, but why choose a shot with vibration-induced blur as an example?

Bravo Fuji!

This is a seriously smart way to build a strong following among users. The idea that there's a chance of major new features being added to a camera a while after the purchase is really encouraging. I'm glad I bought into that ecosystem.

Crikey, his garage is larger than my house! I think I'll stick with my half-day forest walks for now :D

The real question is not whether it will outperform the GFX 50S or not. The real question is: "Will it blend?"

Heads up: The Link doesn't seem to be working:

In October, DJI introduced the **X7 camera, a Super 35/APS-C system created specifically for aerial use**.

Loved the "Dance Floor Category Winner". It's been a bit overprocessed, but it's very alive and probably reflects very well what the couple are like.

The Canon M line needs to good lenses before it can be a contender in the APS-C mirrorless market.

LOL, to be fair, there's a possibility that Bokeh Blues was replying to my post, calling that pseudo-science (which it totally is!) :D

If it's half-decent image-wise, that 50mm F1.7 looks nice and small.

What are you on about?

Sony bodies start at like $600-700. Not everyone can/will pay nearly twice that much for a Sony lens ("Sony's own Planar T* FE 50mm F1.4 ZA ($1400)")...

The Olympus is a fine camera, but it is a four thirds body, and kit typically include zoom lenses with substantially narrower apertures...
