nicolaiecostel: You need a grip and three batteries to have the battery life of a DSLR. How much does all that combo weigh ? You could probably get a D750 for that ..

Don't be Jealous just buy the X-T2 and start taking better IQ photos
You know you want one???

I relay relay hope more people sign up for the beta Affinity,
and test it to the limits, because Serif is very good at producing updates quickly
and I think after 12mths it will be favoured over Lightroom
Just my opinion

Well I'm waiting for Affinity for windows beta version to come out and then
its goodbye Adobe.
I will persevere until I'm competent with it.
I think Adobe has treated there customers very badly with this subscription
just not worth it.
It's the usual corporate GREED and profit margins that's all they care about
You the customer are just a bank number that pays and pays and pays.
but every dog gets its day ( I hope )

Looks good already signed up for the Affinity beta version for windows
Serif may be a small company BUT so were Adobe at one time.
I hope they develop this program more and more so it can overtake Lightroom
I use Adobe cc and hate paying them but I love LR & PS so not really
a choice.
All the best to Serif for there great products at reasonable prices

i use the Nikon D7200 and the IQ is every bit as good as the D500
I will wait for the D7300 which will have an improved AF system and have a tilt Lcd and the. NX1 28mp sensor or better
When you use the Sigma 50-100 on the D7200 IQ Is excellent
just as good and in some cases better than FF cameras

No harm in dreaming is there 🤔😜😜😜😜😜😜😜😜

dansclic: Magnéto shot,
Why should Pentax apologize ? are you serious ?
if I havé a BMW, SHOULD I complain because Dunlop does not make perfectly dedicated tyres ?
I do,not understand why so many people complain and are using sigma lenses : use Pentax lenses. Or maybe you do not trust pentax lenses. Then, buy canon or nikon, they have better lenses.
Getting sigma's or any samyang will cause you problems , at least software problems. I never mount non original lenses and you cannot blame a manufacturer for not being compatible with secundary lenses.

That's all your opinion as a Nikon D7200 owner
I use Sigma/Tamron as they are better value for the same equivalent i.e I have the Sigma 105mm Macro and the Tamron 70-300 and about to buy the
Sigma 50-100 Nikon does not match these lenses in IQ as far as I'm concerned.
You state that Sigma/Samyang will cause you problems, I totally disagree with that statement
where is your evidence, but again its YOUR opinion

Good for Sigma getting on top of the problem right away

As a D7200 user I don't see any great advantage of the D500
Other than the tilting lcd which the next D7300 will have
I will wait until the D500 comes down to the price that it's worth which in MY opinion is no more than £1000 and whatever the equivalent is in $
I hope the price drops very soon

IQ is just the same as the previous one and manual focus is better for macro
The previous one is only £330 brand new so why pay more just because the lens is coated. Justmy poin of view

Nothing my D7200 can not do in these shots

On article Hands on with the Hasselblad H6D 50c/100c (268 comments in total)

This is for people whom are into photography
I keep seeing remarks that this camera is for professionals that's just not, true
It's for people with plenty of monies not nessary pro camera users
Ther are some very rich amateurs about whom will by
My point it's not just for PROFESSIONALS it's for anyone with monies that can afford it
If I as an amateur had the monies I would by maybe....?..

h1,024 Gigabytes = 1 Terabyte. 1,024 Terabytes = 1 Petabyte. 1,024 Petabytes = 1 Exabyte (In 2000, 3 exabytes of information was created.) 1,024 Exabytes =
1 zettabyte
The answer above

gizmowiz: way too pricey for most of us folks. Perhaps if it had an ASPC sensor it would be worth it but with a 1" sensor no thanks.

Agree100% 1" sensor is total cr-p at that price your better with a 24meg sensor aps-c far far better IQ
