Any information on the APS-C Super35mm shooting modes?

DejayRezme: So the standard 23mm camera should have something like a 3.48x crop factor and about f6.6. The ultrawide a crop factor of 4.2x and f7.5.
From the depth of field / total light gathering not better than the Oppo Find X2 Pro (f6.5) or the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro (f6.1) but comparable to MFT with kit zoom lens and close to an APS-C with kit zoom.

What would interest me most is a comparison test about the potential for video shooting, e.g. bitrates, encoding quality, video processing, if third party video recording apps can be used (camera2 api support), Raw support with gcam.

"The Huawei P40 Pro Night Mode isn't improving on the regular still that much although the shots are a bit brighter but far less detailed. The mode is mostly on par with the iPhone's and the P30's Night Modes.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra once again excels in this shootout with amazingly bright, detailed and lively Night Mode shots and easily outperforms the Huaweis and the iPhone."

Do a review between Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark III Sony RX100 VA Sony RX 100VII Panasonic ZS200 Panasonic ZS100 Samsung S20Ultra and P40+ and Sony Xperia 1 mark II Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max to see if 1" pocketable point and shoots are still worth it or not

More updates from Fujifilm XT-3 to XT-4 than from Nikon D5 to D6 at a less than half price point!

The only real complaint is that 3840x1644 is not real UHD 4K or DCI 4K

other than that Xperia1 mark II is a real top contender amongst the flagship smartphones at least in the camera department.

Kostasm: Great tonality but yesterday I watched a large format vs dslr comparison and I remembered how different and amazing once photos were. I'm wondering if we'll get back to that specific large format quality.

large format is still unmatched in detail

Darn it the only thing that a stacked sensor with fast readout speeds should only be used for is the A9MarkIII. Looks like we will be sitting after 20 FPS MAX for a at least 1 more generation. Buy an A9MarkII?

ShootFilmNotMegaPixels: It should go with a 100-600 lens not a 100-500 lens

Matches the 600mm of the RX10IV
600mm seems to be the sweet spot for Sports Telephoto Lenses 800mm seems too far
Competes with the 200-600 Sony G

A7III for setting the standard of what a less than $2000 camera should be

D5+1DXII for being the only low light capable cameras for DSLRs

Leica SL2 for being the first Leica Digital Camera to be competitive

Lytro for making an entire new genre of cameras

GH9 for its image stabilization

GH5s for putting that much video capabilities in a small sensor to use with speedboosters

Panasonic Lumix DC-G9

ShootFilmNotMegaPixels: Good, now make a 24-120mm f/2.8 and we got a party

Yes I really have to have 120mm on both lenses because then I would need a 100-120mm f/2.8 lens and that would be silly. The size weight difference is negligible and it would not be a 5x lens it would be a 4.1666 and that makes no sense. It has to line up to make one continuous zoom of f/2.8 from 24 to 300.
