The worst part about the Z8 grip is the extra few mm it needs to match the body in width, why Nikon decided it was ok to have the body hang over the end and not line up is beyond me. I think the Z8 ...
-
OP, while you are checking which WB mode you are in, make sure you haven't color shifted that setting to be cooler with the buttons while selecting something. The Z8 offers a lot of controls and I ...

FWIW I had two camera packages come in from Fedex this week, both signature delivery. My apartment has a package room and signature delivery stuff should go to the office and I pick it up there - ...

The Zf does not have a sensor shield, and although reported by some (Matt Granger), it does not have an option to have the shutter closed during lens changing. So it may not be as standard as we ...

I'll never understand buying a $2,000+ camera and not buying the $60 battery to keep it running well and safe.
-
My replacement from B&H arrived; i know some critique their packaging but not only was thee box bigger but it had tons more air packets and the actual lens box was also bubble wrapped. Much better ...

I wanted to love the Zf, internals were great, but button placement was just a little off for me. Honestly if it was a simpler camera I could maybe, I have no problem with the old SLR style body. ...

It's different strokes for different folks. Those that already have the 400 or 800 have no need for the 600 PF, others (like me) it will be great. The 180-600 is nice but felt a bit too heavy to ...

UPS, which is what Nikon USA uses. It will be RMA'd and I have new one coming from B&H tomorrow
-
Well, Nikon didn't respond to my support yet but I got a nebulous RMA issued for my 600PF. Waiting to see if I will have to re-order or if they are reissuing? I don't really want $10,000 floating ...

No way an Exspeed 8 gets launched in anything other than a flagship such as Z9ii or Z8ii or maybe even a flagship Z900 DX body if you want to go wild. I think it will be spot on as a ~30ish mpx ...

Mine arrived today, SN#200059xx, ordered 2 hrs after launch. I am a bit disappointed as my box appears to have taken quite a hit in shipping, although the lens functions fine and appears sharp. ...

I'd say the next body will start shipping end of March, right when I head on my next vacation; the ZF arrived the day after I left for Italy this time so it should follow suite.

This was my exact breaking point for returning mine - with or without the grip, I couldn't comfortably BBF or adjust the dials - it seems I am just too used to the traditional Z ergonomics at this ...
-
Well, mine is officially on it's way back. I loved the Exspeed7 upgrade and all the features, didn't mind 24mp (It was replacing a Z5), but I couldn't get along with the body. I was slightly ...

I feel I'm in the same boat. I love the Exspeed 7 and improvements to the menus/AF etc but I'm not getting along with the ergonomics and lack of ISO/Exposure comp buttons. I am tempted to ...

Non-NPS Nikon USA order here, just charged my card and preparing to ship so I'd assume they have a fair amount of stock on these.
-
Hmm thats a thought, might be a hassle but who knows? What's the name of the shop? At the very least I can stop by and take a look.
-
Well, entirely as expected, Nikon is shipping my order today, and I leave 6pm for Italy tomorrow for 2 weeks. I'd love for a next day delivery but with my luck it will land in the package room on ...

The 400mm is not a PF lens, so it would make sense that the glass used costs less to manufacture. It seems the PF lenses are roughly the same price per mm
