Here’s hoping they change their file organization folder naming of events etc. Confusing!

I prefer the less bladed sunstars. Was the bokeh that bad before? This is 15mm…

If you’re a Z user and need the 35mm focal length with a fast aperture, just buy it, and go take photos

Try renting a lens you may be interested in. you could also rent the same lens if and when you get a paid job rather than buying it outright.

Completely wrong. The reason for the lower noise display is due to the direct feed to display from sensor. I don’t know of any other camera that does this. Again negativity! so you want red and ...

Will you be using flash indoors? I have the 14-30 and the 20 f1.8. I use the zoom way more often but I use it as a compact walk around lens, for landscapes at f8 or smaller, and for real estate. I ...

As I wrote some time back. Watch the video and consider the new features. to summarize… red display characters, and a super clean display image likely caused by the direct feed from the sensor. And ...

sorry but that’s just silly. tooling up and getting a new lens design manufactured takes preparation, attention to detail and many other time consuming actions before everything is just right. Each ...

Thanks Antal, lovely pictures. PM sent

Hey Antal I’d be happy to join you for an Algonquin excursion or coffee closer to Toronto :-)

Exactly. The 100-400mm range can also be extended with a 1.4x or 2x but then the same question will be posed about the 200-600mm as being a better option. Etc etc

Beautifully written Barney. I remember that time well as my first full frame dslr was the D700, and I was landing my first professional gigs simultaneously. Take me back to those days!
