The R3 is more like A9ii competitor than the A1 competitor, I think we should wait for the Canon R1.
I'm looking for The Canon R1, Nikon Z9 and A9iii next year...
Also the A7iv is just around the corner... Exciting times to be a Mirrorless fan.
Impressive, Sony just made a Mini FX9 for third the Price.
Sony just made the Panasonic S1H and the Canon R5 obsolete.
This is the new standard and benchmark for Panasonic, Canon and Nikon to follow.
Huge win for Sony, congrats... And another meltdown day for Canikon trolls.

I am very happy that Canon seems to absolutely nailing the R5, That will push Sony to stay awake ;)
That was expected, almost all smart phones are double and triple Cameras, Hope Samsung compete with Sony.
You may disagree with me, But the Canikon switch to mirrorless helped Sony a lot to increase their market share.
I said that 18 months ago that Sony made a trap for Canikon to switch to MILC and that will only lead to make the MILC status more mainstream and the DSLR Tech will feel old. the big Winner here will be Sony.
So Canikon helped Sony indirectly.
CaPi: Just to make sure it’s understood:
„In Japan“.
Japan market favorites Canikon.
voronspb: My vote goes for Tamron 17-28, which represents a pair of F2.8 primes in single barrel. At 28 mm it's sharper than my FE28/2 at all apertures, and at 17 mm it's even more sharp.
I love my Tamron 17-28mm.
Easily the Sony 200-600mm
Sony A7r4 is the new gold standard and benchmark for Full frame photography.
Congrats Sony..
I hate These nano-updates.
Why haters mad??
What's wrong with this camera?
AMD is leapfrogging Intel aggressively with latest Ryzen and Threadripper. And let's not mention Epyc lol.
Solid body with amazing specs to be honest. This is the only market that will survive probably until 2025/2030, Exciting time ahead.
Sony is the gold standard of imaging sensors industry.
